By accessing and using the OneUCS platform, tools, and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Digital Assets & No Refund Policy

Because the OneUCS platform provides access to exclusive digital assets, software tools (e.g., God Mode AI, Viral Slicer), and premium educational content instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please review all product details carefully before executing a transaction.

3. License & Acceptable Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools and training provided by OneUCS. You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or pirate our proprietary AI tools, scripts, or PDF templates.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our backend APIs or bypass the security matrix.
• Use the platform for any illegal activities or to generate malicious content.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Affiliate & Sovereign Network Rules

Users participating in the OneUCS affiliate program must conduct themselves professionally. Spamming referral links, misleading marketing, or guaranteeing financial returns is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of pending commissions.

5. Modifications to the Service

OneUCS reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We continuously upgrade our AI engines and UI infrastructure to maintain enterprise-grade standards.
